When I first started this I was 69kgs, I’m now down to 60 in about a month! Feels great
I kind of gave up on this, I work in fast food everyday and it’s really difficult to not eat the food I cook, because it’s right in front of me and easy. But I did purchase some slimming pills… I was a bit iffy on using them, they aren’t Australian made, nothing on the packet is in English and I have read some pretty nasty things about them not being as natural as they claim to be. But I used them anyway, and they have been working. I wish I could remember my weight when I started all this, I have a feeling it was around 67-68? I’m not sure, but I’m down to 62kgs and I’m okay with it. I need to do some toning though because I’m still a bit flabby but whatever, I guess I’m comfortable with my size, I’ll never be a size 8 and I really don’t mind.
So I started this on Monday and it’s been 6 days and I’ve lost 2kgs. That’s great considering I’ve done shit all exercise. I haven’t eaten more then 600 calories in one day at all this week and I’ve been drinking a lot of water to fill me up. Not much longer now and I’ll be at my goal weight and a whole lot happier.
